Giants Fan Threatens Mass Shooting Over Patriots' Signing of Antonio Brown

A Rhode Island man is in police custody after he threatened to stage a mass shooting at a Patriots game -- because he's upset that the team has signed Antonio Brown. In a message posted on Facebook, 44-year-old Tobias Gray wrote, "You might as well hand them the ring right now. I’m if I ever get my hands on a gun, which I don’t have one yet but I’m looking, I will go shoot up random people at Foxboro." Gray, who claims to be a Giants fan, later referred to his threatened action as "a white boys school shooting." Gray was taken into custody late Monday during an unrelated court appearance in Providence, police say. His attorney, Stefanie DiMaio-Larivee, says her client "wasn’t thinking, obviously," adding he "never meant any harm." He's being held on a $25,000 bond. Knowing how excitable sports fans can get, should police cut Gray a break? How do you feel about the Antonio Brown affair?
